Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account for the Space Consultant app and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to sign in to this website to submit a request.
Send us an email from your registered email address, or mention the email address or phone number linked to your app account so we can identify it. Do not send us your password or one-time passcodes.

What happens after you submit a request?
- We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
- After verification, we will process the request and delete the app account and associated personal data that we are able to delete.
- We will let you know if we need more information or if the request has been completed.
What data is deleted?
We intend to delete the account profile and personal data associated with your app account, including account information stored for authentication and app use, where applicable.
What data may be retained?
Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect against fraud and misuse. Any retained information will be limited to the relevant purpose and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Do I need to uninstall the app?
No. Uninstalling the app does not itself delete your account. Please use the email request above to request account deletion.
